Q. When is my card payment canceled after a cancellation/refund request?

VENAEN processes card payment cancellation immediately after you make an order cancellation or refund request.
(Refund is processed after we confirm the defects of the product and order cancellation is processed only when it is requested prior to shipping.)
Depending on credit card companies, the refund period differs and it may take 3 to 7 business days. For more information, please contact your credit card company.
